      Great, kind people. Empowered to run with it. Good benefits. Good earning potential (base salary a little lower than average for similar roles)

      Cons

      Operationally poor and very outdated systems. A lot of reactive work to do the bare basics. Earning potential can be strong but slightly subjective.
