Great work /life balance, decent benefits, usually flexible for arranging time off etc, management motivation toward employee development,. Transparency from the top down, SM team regularly engaged with employees
Cons
Career progression could be better, it's a bit inconsistent where the group has gone through various highs & lows over the past 5 years. Seems to be Limited pay review advances by policy, as in capped to a percentage - so even if you go above and beyond the call of duty, in your review, bringing or adding significant value to your business sector, you'll never get more than x%
