Pros
Still got decent benefits package, decent offices - most of them, chance to move teams, get qualifications. Great heritage(s) and lots of employee loyalty to some of the old and newer brands.
Cons
Emerged a year or so back that management had made big errors in strategy. Fixing that with new CEO has been a bit brutal with huge cuts in most areas. Cuts in benefits, wage freezes for most more work for fewer people has led to a feeling that 'it's not the same as it was'.
