Great people very flexible in terms of time, especially if you have kids For IT mostly located in York and Norwich which are small wonderful cities with great quality of life Changing rapidly into Agile environment
Cons
Might mean a bit of travel between Norwich/York and London. Career path is very bad for IT Lack of training Slow to change Very political and hard to get things done
