Pros
The company has scale and that transfers into a good benefits package for the staff. They are very good with work / life and can be very flexible. They have maintained some element of pay rise and bonus pay out over the last few years despite pressure on the business.
Cons
If you are in management / middle management you will find it is a large political organisation and it can be hard to get things done in a joined up way. Perceived under performance of the business by the city has led to several changes recently across the company which have changed the outlook for pay and benefits for all staff.
