Very poor experience - Anonymous employee Aviva Employee Review

During the interview stage they promised a progressive salary to £24k, 2 months into the role they told us that this isn’t possible the most we can progress to is £22k (even that would be hard to get). The management were not very supportive - they were very picky with who they would discipline even though more than one individual would make the same mistake - could it be bc of race? I don’t know. The management overall were fairly unprofessional and not supportive. Would not recommend working there, doesn’t do well for your mental health. The workload is stupidly high pressured too, which we wasn’t made aware of in the actual interview.
