I learned a lot My manager was really supportive My team and overall department were all lovely people Good work life balance Decent discount on insurance + some insurance included in your compensation Decent yearly bonus Other benefits are just ok Amanda is very charismatic I left as I decided to pursue another career but otherwise I would have stayed
Cons
Pay below industry standard Teams you can end up in really vary I think - my initial team was not a good match but there are opportunities to change teams Sometimes there’s a lot of bureaucracy which can be frustrating
