Aviva Health is a great organization to work for. I felt respected and supported as an employee from day 1 and was always excited to go to work. Teamwork and collaboration are deeply valued and something that I experienced daily. The organizational red tape isn’t an issue either so getting buy in and approval needed to make changes comes pretty easily. It is clear that most employees enjoy their jobs and leadership deserves the credit.
