I would highly recommend anyone to consider working for Avive. Not only is Avive's mission set out to save lives, which is something they truly care about not just a "mission statement", but the company culture is very positive and almost like family. It is an inclusive workplace, one that also values work-life balance, and treats their employees very fairly. Avive offers a hybrid work schedule of remote & in-office in Brisbane, health benefits, 401k matching, parental leave top-up, etc. With fair PTO and sick leave policies, and amazing perks such monthly stipends for cell phones & exercise/mental health - on top of frequent company wide breakfasts & lunch's ... Avive puts a noticeable effort into showing their employees they are appreciated and investing in their well-being. This company isn't about selling a product, its about designing a life-saving product and thoughtful getting it out there into the right hands so that everyone goes home to their family.

At Avive you need to be a high performer, it is an innovative company that is destined for greatness.. but with that hard work and dedication is required. It's never easy bringing a revolutionary product & software to market, and its not always a straight forward pathway, but the reward of saving lives is worth it. Every department and every team member relies on each other to met our deadlines and ensure all deliverables are not only completed. There is a lot of learning and growing involved in a start-up, but if you are a flexible and adaptable worker okay with hitting roadblocks and problem solving, this could be a great place for you to work.
