      Young team, with very exciting projects, working on cutting edge technologies (new Video coding standards, IP technologies, etc). Open minded company

      A lot of projects to manage, company is growing, capacity to adapt is critical

      Pros

      Open door policy. Mutual respect. Open communication. Transparency. Fair and honest in financial matters. Friendly working environment. Employee centric.

      Cons

      Being a foreign employee, i don't recognise many colleagues apart from the few i interact on day to day basis. Office engagement is little less for the foreign employees.
