Mental health will extremely effect while working in this company. There are no work ethics. The management is dumb, arrogant and biased especially US based people. No work life balance. They can make you work for 10-14 hours a day and can assign you to two - three projects. They feel no shame in making employee slave. Don't let this company destroy you, while working there you are going to destroy your physical and mental health both. No proper knowledge transfer and if you ask for that then you are a person who needs to improve. Few things actually make me laugh in my entire career I haven't seen such a pathetic company. They judge people so early any new joiner with a previous professional experience is not much welcome here whereas freshers are. Employees often lose up their confidence and self worth because of such behavior and actions. Nice strategy they hire freshers and make them work for 10-12 hours , and since they are freshers and innocent enough to understand how other companies work, they keep on praising the company. Do not expect any promotion if you are not in US or you are flattering enough. Almost every US based employee is being promoted and if you are in India and still getting promoted then you have done far much better in flattering and you are happy being a slave or you are the one who is promoting Slavery. And people in US mainly are very rude, arrogant and manner less. They don't respect any person in organization if they do then you are their favorite. The courage they are getting enough to do so because they are sitting next to father of organization. Nice reviews on Glassdoor might be posted by HR department or the innocent freshers. Don't trust them. Join at your own risk. Lot of things yet left unsaid. But I cannot unfold them due to restrictions over Glassdoor.
