Avnan is managed by a team that is conscientious, business-savvy and puts work/life balance as a foundation for all their decisions. It is further comprised of a world class team of hard working individuals dedicated to their trade, be it engineering, supply chains, sales, finance, human relations and everything else that makes a company thrive.
Cons
Being a lean company in a cost-competitive industry brings huge challenges in maintaining a fair an equitable work/life balance. Sometimes that challenge is too daunting especially in today's climate, as of this writing at least. There are no slow days at Avnan.
