Pros
The loads of negative reviews are a bit surprising. If you are scared of taking charge, solving problems head on and working overtime, this company is not for you. Admittedly, there is lot of firefighting, but if you have enough oversight you can win despite the management. The company is getting something right since it gets a lot of projects, what is not right is the management response to growth. In this company, as in any company some unfair things will be done to you, but if you stand up, show results, gain respect of the coworkers and superiors you can prevail. Regular 9-5 people are not meant for this company.Self motivation is a must.
Cons
Management is a bit insensitive, will not accept new ideas. Too many PhD, need more MBA's and Systems engineers. At one point, the no. of operators were about the same as engineers! Attrition is regular.
