Complacency is tolerated; as long as you don't have integrity or a desire for personal or procedural improvement, keep your head down, and do the bare minimum, you'll fly under the radar and continue to collect a paycheck.
Cons
Avolta = Brio Energy = Bello Solar The company has changed its name, but none of its business practices. As a solar EPC, this organization has been banned from jurisdictions in multiple states, lies about solar offset on their proposals, takes years to install projects, and does not take care of their customers once they've been paid on the project. The owners/"acting" CEO(s), corporate officers, C-Suite Execs, and Directors couldn't lead their collective way out of a wet paper bag. This is genuinely one of the most disappointing companies I have ever worked for. Do NOT hitch your wagon to this star. There is no culture to speak of, most employees are disgruntled at best, and no one feels secure. Anyone with a modicum of ethics and integrity should seek employment elsewhere.
