      Good incentives and bonuses, education on coaching techniques and leadership skills was very good, but not put into practice oftentimes by higher ups

      Cons

      No work life balance. Constant pressure for numbers and always being made to feel like you are failing by management. IT was very cult like atmosphere and very emotionally abusive

      See latest varied product offerings Can buy some samples & products @ discount

      Cons

      Need to find your own customers, many not home. Spend much time on computer, entering orders precisely. Trying to co- ordinate customers deliveries, for you to get their payments, so that you're not stuck for the bill & excess (some made in China mdse) products. Quite a lot effort for smaller $.
