      Pros

      Passionate about earnings opportunities for women and social responsibility. Tries to look after its people (but pressure from shareholders makes that difficult to do.)

      Cons

      Declining business with an out of date business model and constant restructuring and declining engagement. Job security non existent. Pressure from shareholders and head office huge.

      See latest varied product offerings Can buy some samples & products @ discount

      Cons

      Need to find your own customers, many not home. Spend much time on computer, entering orders precisely. Trying to co- ordinate customers deliveries, for you to get their payments, so that you're not stuck for the bill & excess (some made in China mdse) products. Quite a lot effort for smaller $.
