Pros
This company gives the ability to set your own schedule. It also gives the option to make as little or as much as income as you want.
Cons
Main issues are obtaining a customer base to increase sales consistently. The percentage that's made on online sales is entirely too small. I would suggest having some cash, credit or prepaid debit to accommodate for the customers who don't or can't pay for orders up from because in the end the representative is left to foot the bill which digs into your profit. There needs to be a better way to account for returned products. Far too many instances where products are not accounted for and again the representative is left to foot the bill. The company uses a slogan " in business for yourself but not by your self" however sometime it can certainly feel that way.
