Pros
I worked with great people and a great manager and mentor. There is a strong sense of community and the plant in Cadillac has a nice surrounding area.
Cons
The factory workers can sometimes be a little upset about their position and life in general. I heard rumors there is a high turn over rate even within the engineers. Working over 40 hours is the norm for engineers here and is somewhat expected.
