Pros

Nice software in place and nice auto email reminders for would be clients. Lots and lots of webinars, no charge.

Cons

30/70 split is the worst. I understand that Avoya does all the marketing, but I DO ALL the work. And by the way, Avoya will take YOUR clients that you brought in if the client can't reach you. That's why the successful agents with Avoya never leave their phones. They work all the time with the fear that their "somewhat loyal" clients will be gobbled up by Avoya. Be careful if you get into a contract with this company...you may lose a lot!
