They pay you money, full health benefits, and a 401K.
Cons
Most of the creative department is comprised of freelancers so there's no stability. They like to hire young desperate wide-eyed recent graduates and take advantage of them. If things aren't up to par to them, they'll lay you off in a meeting you set, walk you out the door, and have a courier coldly drop your stuff off at your front door a week later. Expect no severance package whats-so-ever, regardless of how much you need a boost during your unemployment.
