Plenty of work to do. Pays well. Hospital staff are generally nice and helpful.

Nepotism is rife. Managers will employ unqualified family and friends before actually qualified, experienced people into the company. General attitude of ‘I don’t care how it’s done, just get it done now,’ regardless of safety concerns. Lazy attitude to work, staff regularly avoiding jobs. Too many managers, no prospect of moving up unless you are family or in the inner circle. No training provided, no tools provided.
