The interview process gave me a chance to talk to who I would be working with and also another department head that gave me the perspective of how Avrio encourages you to wear multiple hats and help the other teams, even if it is not in your position's job objectives.

Can't think of anything negative to say, company outlook is bright and more opportunities are on the horizon.

This company is producing a sophisticated artificial intelligence platform. It's the real deal. Extremely passionate and bright team. Highly collaborative, unlike any other company that I have worked at. A true startup mentality, driven by the CEO. Plus the location is awesome.

It is a startup so people are expected to take on responsibilities that fall outside of their "job descriptions". Not a place to work if you like routine days with redundant tasks.
