Good colleagues, awful management and no work - Anonymous employee Avvale Employee Review

The managers are terribly bad at their job. They hired too much people in 2022 and this meant many remained without anything to do for months. They can't own up to their responsibilities. Despite the pros, people feel fed-up with this situation and leave. I left for lack of work stimuli, and I know at least 6-7 people who started together with me and left within less than a year. Another consequence is that they, and consequently other seniors as well, will always say "yes" to whatever the client will say just to get some work to do.
