-No investment in employees or infrastructure
-Yearly review, and career development took a backseat last 2 years, this year, it doesn't exist at all
-IT Security exists in policy only, Misrepresentation is happening for audits
-US has been in free fall 3-4 years, I would be shocked if it survives another 2 years. If "pipeline" was ever converted, they might have a chance.
