      Pros

      Flexible working encouraged - Including around personal life. Friendly and very knowledgeable team. Exciting work and encouraged to push boundaries of the norm, and leadership are also always looking to better the business and take on board feedback.

      Cons

      International clients mean a requirement to work some late nights.

      Pros

      Great people to work with, cool customers, and culture was a huge part of being at Aware Group. Really loved that.

      Cons

      The company lacked a unified direction. The co-founders worked independently, and then there was a "senior leadership" team that acted important but didn't have a lot of control.
