      Pros

      Friendly and supportive work environment and colleagues Supportive management that is open to suggestions. Not super stressful (which is very much a big plus in software dev)

      Cons

      No real downsides that I can think of. Some stressful deadlines, but this is more often than not because of the clients rather than the company
