      Capable colleagues, very focused strategy in some parts of the business

      Cons

      Playing in a lot of mature markets with tough organic growth, very focused on costs as opposed to looking for new markets & new customer types, some poor communication & moral

      Fast Paced environment highly engaging, experienced team and management.

      Cons

      High stress at times, at the whims of corporate, and the need to increase shareholder value. rotating swing shifts are terrible and mandatory overtime with INTENTIONAL understaffing demanded by corporate creates moral issues
