      Lack of top management support to implement strategies. Lack of transparency Significant gap between what has been said and promised during the hiring process and the reality As a result I resigned after 5 months in the company.

      Fast Paced environment highly engaging, experienced team and management.

      Cons

      High stress at times, at the whims of corporate, and the need to increase shareholder value. rotating swing shifts are terrible and mandatory overtime with INTENTIONAL understaffing demanded by corporate creates moral issues
