Great flexible schedule with very fair pay!

Clientele is hit or miss Drug tests are annoying to schedule Hour trackers can be rude at times

Monday-Friday except for a weekend every 6-8 weeks Can work from home most of the time Pay is great

Unless you are related to someone there, or friends with upper management, you will be treated like second class trash. The upper management will pull people in for “talks”, with the doors closed, that include cussing and disrespect. Then they tell everyone how funny it was. I was informed that it is actually Illegal to do. They do this to aides, nurses and some employees. And talk about how stupid they are and laugh. The owner is great, but has no idea what his daughter and administrator do to people. I have most of this recorded. Aides are paid $11/hr with no raise ever. And treated like they all commit Medicaid fraud. Go to a different care company if you want more money and respect.
