Nothing worth mentioning. Other companies offer the same benefits.
Cons
Employees and perhaps even investors are led to believe that Axcient will be the next Google or PayPal. Wake up and be real! Axcient latest product Fusion released August 2016 should be renamed to ConFusion. Product managers and upper management did not do their homework on this one.
