      Pros

      Friendly people, good work-life balance, good leadership from management and strong company culture. Salary is competitive.

      Cons

      Obsolete technology, lack of career progression options as the org structure is very flat. Ramping up resource numbers too quickly to meet customer demands and then shedding them quickly through redundancy when resources are no longer needed or due to lower demands.

      Pros

      Good and dependable colleagues. Company try to flow with the trend, so keeps you updated with the current market trends.

      Cons

      Even though the company is small it still has a gigantic process overhead for everything. So the things will move a bit slow compared to similar sized companies.
