      Poor management, low salary and boring office - Product Designer Axfood Employee Review

      Pros

      Opportunities to work with some of Swedens largest grocery retailers and the food chains and logistics in between.

      Cons

      Poor management not making well though out investments and strategies for new acquisitions. Flat rate and low salary, and the only compensation outside salary is wellness allowance, also one of Swedens lowest. Standard open landscape office, no activity based thought behind it, so no creativity really.

      Great people Great company in general

      Cons

      IT Management (at least some of them) is too afraid to try to tear down silo-thinking between IT and business (Dagab in this case) to create more focus on collaboration than a Customer-Supplier relationship.
