Different for every business unit - Consultant Axians Employee Review

Member of a very big organization with the typical pro's and cons. Every business unit seems to function like a seperaty company. If you're lucky you can end up in a great group that's being managed really well. A lot of attention for personal interests and career growth. Staff is not being sent to clients that they're not interested in or where the travel time is just too much. The whole 'human touch thing'seems to be true. At least for my busines unit.
