      Offer cool new technology to design.

      Cons

      Deceptive employment strategies, especially for contractors. Offer attractive profit sharing for free work but refuse to ever offer written contract stipulating the agreement on paper. When work is complete, change the offer to something absolutely terrible and not worth the time spend doing it. When working contract, always have contract written up front and be sure to read everything with detail to ensure they cannot wiggle out of paying you!
