Avoid - Field Crew Technician Axim Geospatial Employee Review

Had to train my new supervisor who had no experience in this field (outside hire) how to do our job. Away from home most of the time, and was deployed to projects for longer than what was advertised in the job description (say goodbye to your social life). There weren't any metrics provided indicating our performance, and was let go based on performance (to slow) without any warning.
