Good pay but demanding hours and unclear training - Technician Axiom Eco-Pest Control Employee Review

Freedom, support, ongoing education, great money…in MY experience I had a great time. I was supported by everyone when I started. They were very accommodating with taking time off as well. I see a lot of bad reviews about Axiom but honestly I never heard, saw anything like what these reviewers have said. It was a good experience, and moreover, the people around me seemed happy too. There’s room for advancement. They’ll pay for ALL of your licensing and then give raises when you do. They encourage you to educate yourself and learn the biz. That’s 100% what happened while I was employed there

Good pay, steady hours. Some incentives for problem solving/performance. Decent benefits.

Lack of management availability for help on cases. Company opened up more branches without a real increase in staff. Upper management doesn't respond to feedback. There are points you can receive from a manager if you go above and beyond (if they have time to notice, which they usually didn't), which can be entered in for drawings, but there is no other compensation for improving systems/improving efficiency. All of this really just stems from the company being more concerned about growth than efficiency and quality. At least it looked that way while I was there. Over the top quality control guidelines were enforced, on pain of termination. These were awkward to include in every call because every case is unique, and sometimes you deal with long/complicated issues.
