Pros

Most of your coworkers are fantastic. That’s it.

Cons

Routing is not held accountable to company standards of efficiency and hardly update technicians for changes to service. Manipulative company policies to benefit bonuses at the expense of technicians. NOT LGBTQ+ friendly especially if they want to be promoted. Company is “quietly” held to hard Mormon standards. Either incompetent or using hard drugs actively with very few exceptions. The company will withhold holiday vaccinations/requests because the completion rate is too low for the month even only a few days into the months. Favored technicians who break ODA laws and regulations on an hourly basis because they “complete” service that make the business look good. Within the span of three months 90% of the technicians apart of the LGBTQ+ community have been run out of the company due to “noncompliance” Company actively twist the legal wording of ODA Laws and Regulations and not give an explanation or provide proof of validity of their claim of legality. The company refuses to hold people accountable for unreasonable call outs of shifts and force certain technicians not favored to make up for the constant slack but reprimanded others for calling out once in a blue moon or have a family/medical emergency (including firing them) The pay structure for technicians are draconian in nature with false promises of bonuses, because the favored technicians get the best top their routing structure on a daily basis when the rest have to hop back and forth from at least four different cities at least 20 minutes away with no one on the road and chastises them for not running an efficient route. During extreme weather such as heat waves that exceed 98f they do not provide technicians with resources to combat fatigue or heat stroke, one technician as of 2024 nearly died do to being told to finish their route faster to get out of the heat. This company requires quantity over any semblance of quality to the detriment of customers Unsolicited religious advice while laughing about throwing soap at homeless people and miss use civil rights quotes in a manner disgusting disgraceful to those movements. Company only allows employees with little to no knowledge of automotive industry to inspect repair fleet vehicles with questionable reliability and then blame technicians for not taking care of the vehicle issues themselves. Any sexual misconduct done by previous employees is kept secret due to legal reasons but then freely disclosed if asked in moderate isolation from colleagues. Private employee information such as SSN Banking information is left out in common areas that every employee can easily take at any time. Company creates arbitrary policies spontaneously with out providing the completed policy for employees to have access to then inform employees of braking said policies that it was implemented weeks/months before but never announced. The company as a whole is actively unaccommodating to most forms of disability regardless of severity. The owners insist on outsourcing a sales team from Utah (Grit) due to affiliation to the Mormon Church who use predatory sales practices on the elderly and mentally disabled to generate sales and lock them into service contracts that require a $299 cancellation fee unless said parties threaten lawsuits.

Pros

Freedom, support, ongoing education, great money…in MY experience I had a great time. I was supported by everyone when I started. They were very accommodating with taking time off as well. I see a lot of bad reviews about Axiom but honestly I never heard, saw anything like what these reviewers have said. It was a good experience, and moreover, the people around me seemed happy too. There’s room for advancement. They’ll pay for ALL of your licensing and then give raises when you do. They encourage you to educate yourself and learn the biz. That’s 100% what happened while I was employed there

Cons

7am in office Thursday meetings lol
