Most people are decent apart from a couple of people. Training on the job is pretty good. Pay is good and four day work week. Potential to learn a lot of things. Good healthcare benefits and profit share. Plenty of work due to sector.

Shift working, some toxic colleagues and management. Poor communication. Very unorganised. Training pretty poor in places. Poor managing of work, employees in AOI section having to skip breaks just to try and meet deadlines as other review said.

Half day on Fridays. Flexible working hours.

Small design team. Security clearance required.
