I have been working in this hellhole for more than an year. Apart from the management and employees speaking Russian and being extremely unprofessional, they are barely literate. People get hired here mostly through referrals. Employees basically have zero career advancement opportunities. The values they talk about in the interview process have nothing to do about the way this firm works. The technology is outdated, the employees are overworked and extremely underpaid to the point that they feel they are taken advantage of almost every day of their lives. The work hours are 9-8 pm on most days and you don't get paid for the overtime you do. If you want to join this company, be ready to sacrifice to family life. The management micro-manages and the culture is pathetic. During my tenure, I have seen almost 30 people leave the company due to it's culture, so the management is clueless about the things they should and in turn put more pressure on the current employees. There is nothing positive about this company.
