1. Because I have joined new, I would like to comment on the interview process. I had a very good experience during interviewing. The interview board and HR made me feel very welcoming and I was provided ample opportunity to make my points clear which eventually landed in a positive outcome. I wanted to get into a job as fast as I could. The process moved very fast to accommodate me to land in the job within a week turnaround. I appreciated that a lot because this showed warmth and care a company can do towards the employees. 2. Axiomise is a hardworking cosmopolitan team and it is a for the people environment. A small company needs results to survive and grow; this is established in the culture of Axiomise working as a team; feeling here is like being part of a family of smart people. 3. If you think you are good in what you do, and you are committed to take formal verification to next level, this is the place you need to work for. 4. Axiomise is probably the best place to do and learn ground-breaking practical formal verification.
