Pros

Axis was incredibly welcoming to new hires such as myself. My trainer was very patient with me. We get an hour lunch and our location is great for quick bites.

Cons

Not really a con but be prepared to work hard!

Pros

Working for Dr Hazan you need to be open and honest with her. She runs a tight and good office, there is no room for lazy people , expect to learn alot in marketing and in communication. expect to work hard, expect to be pushed .. Working here you will learn.. Expect to learn a lot of medical terms , this allows you to Screen patients correctly.. pros: you are always going to work hard and you will learn something new each day. be ready to be pushed out of your comfort zone.

Cons

i have nbot experienced any cons, its what i expected working for a doctor

Pros

Across the street from the La Brea Tar Pits and LACMA. Love those places. The La Brea Tar place is a great place to escape for 30 minutes for lunch, which is not much because you have to go clock out, go back upstairs, take 4 minutes warming your food, go downstairs, and make 3 minutes each way trip. And if you want to buy lunch, they have some great quick places to eat too, like starbucks, coffee beans & tea leaf, Chipotle, a a small cafe in one of the offices. Oh, did you mean the office? Great place to learn patience, fill in blank spaces on resume, uhhh...build tolerance against negativity, build tough outer skin, learn to take criticisms.... Ok, seriously now... I thought it was a great place to work until I wanted to leave. Dr. Lydia lost her temper with me and shouted at me to leave and to never show my face in front of her again, and that even if I was jobless, I should not come crying to her for a job, because she would rather spit on me than help. I mean Dr. Lydia is nice and easy to get along with if you do what she likes, if you don't understand something, she will take time to go over it with her, you are allowed to ask her questions, but if you ask her to repeat it a third time, she will start to lose her patience with you...So in the end, it's her way, or the highway. I don't know if this is a pro or a con, but you only work 30 hours. Fridays, you get out early.

Cons

Dr. Lydia. No benefits. no direct deposit. low pay. no water (I had bad allergies due to the pollen and literally almost died... had to lug 2 gallons of water up to 1 mile, and then went to Starbucks and bought 1 Venti tea and two cups hot water during lunch just to stay hydrated), only 3 bathroom breaks and no parking, unless you want to pay ($50 to use her empty lot {thanks, but no thanks....I rather pay the parking across the street for$34}...in the end, decided to walk a mile and aggravate my allergies.) Lots of cold calling and e-mail blasts. Favoritism -- one guy... left for a 3-5 hour lunch break and was not called out on it.... you are late 5 minutes clocking in, you get criticized...
