Only con was that the need for dental was high, so having more dental providers would be ideal.

Pay is better than at other community health centers - which is the only reason people stay besides the lack of accountability with their work.

If you care about preventing medical harm do not work here. If you care about following rules do not work here. If you care about community health do not work here. If you care about people do not work here. If you care about money only this is a good match.
