Great place to learn after college and get out as fast as you can.
Cons
Leaders only value political high ego folks who climb the ladder at the expense of destroying others who have the ideas and execute. Company has stayed in their current status for a long time and nothing can survive them. They lost a whole bunch of great people who could have grown the company. The solution architects who got into the account side were the most toxic people and extremely money motivated that they don't care and are not in fact royal.
