      Work life balance, company equipment, remote work.

      Cons

      Poor senior management. High turnover in all roles. Lots of negative changes after acquisition. Company (The Magnes Group) was better before it was acquired by Axis. Benefits package is better with competitors. High pressure, stressful environment and poor morale/culture in the office.

      Pros

      Great salary. Good insurance benefits. Pretty good company holidays. Your experience will depend on your direct manager!

      Cons

      Going through some management changes… likely won’t affect most of the worker bees! HYBRID model so if commuting isn’t your thing, that could be an issue.
