Pros
Process driven & strict adherence in audits & sales. Life for frontline sales is like heaven since they are rarely questioned for non performance and the entire onus is on the Branch manager.
Cons
Very poor on Job satisfaction especially if you are Branch manager & your job is un secure since they follow a hire and fire policy especially in the south. Even after getting relieving letter they have been sending me notices which means process adherence is not for all.
