I've had the privilege of being a part of the Axis team for the past decade, and I can confidently say that it has been an incredibly enriching and satisfying journey. The fact that many of our dedicated instructors have been here for almost as long is a testament to the exceptional work environment this company offers. Axis exudes warmth and camaraderie, fostering a supportive atmosphere among its staff. What truly stands out is the long-term commitment of our students, many of whom have been enrolled for seven to eight years. Cons
The hours of operation are absolutely perfect for me, however, I know that there have been some people who love the job but prefer morning hours rather than afternoons/evenings. This may be due to having children or just the preference of working a more traditional 9-5 schedule.
