Pros
Hr policies are very supportive, there no limitations if you wanna initiate any conversation with Upper management they are always open for talk, company always open for honest employee unlike other organization you don't need any god father for your ratings or per motions. i don't have any idea about others states but in my state 1st line and 2nd line management is very good
Cons
Company is very aggressive for its AUM. target achivement not a easy part As They are allotted, second they dont have any good product to sale in the market Elss already overvalued and equity othere equity not working as minimum required to survive in the market.
