Pros
The communication at Axis is probably one of the best things about working here. Everyday we are faced with difficult projects and every single person at each office is there to help you out in any way, offering ideas and insight, along with their experiences with something similar. Axis is an "open door" company, everyone is willing to help each other in many ways. This also ties into the culture of Axis Promotions, we all get recognition by having office parties for celebrating special times, or just for an office surprise.
Cons
Although working at Axis is enjoyable, we work long hours. Office hours are until 6, which sometimes can be pressing as many of us commute to work.
