Pros
Axis has a great working culture for their employees and a fun and collaborative work environment. They allow for flexibility in working hours and environment as long as it's not taken advantage of, and encourage junior staff members to take responsibility and ownership for projects - sort of as a learn by doing process - under the supervision of a mentor. Even though we are divided into teams - it is encouraged and supported for people to get training and mentorship from senior staff members on other teams in order to get a more enhanced experience.
Cons
Due to the demands of clients and looming deadlines - the work can be stressful and provide for long hours. It's fun work, but can be daunting at times...
