Pros
The volume of tasks and projects allows you to grow quickly and take on new shots/challenges. There is not much spinning on iteration, but at the same time, there's a desire to push within the limited restriction/budget/days.
Cons
On the trailer side, it can be intense due to the client turnaround which means you need to be focused and ensure all departments are working for each other. This overlap and compression can lead to short sharp problem-solving in the moment which can be hard to keep up for a long period of time.
